About Nala Africa Tours & Safaris

Our Story….

Nala was born from a passion project through owner Evan’s love for the bush (safari).

“When I was 4 years old my parents took me to the Kruger National Park for my first safari experience. The proverbial bug bit and wildlife has been my number one passion ever since!”

Growing up Evan spent every possible holiday in the bush, nurturing his love for willdife and the outdoors. It lead him to study Game Ranch Management at Saasveld University which is located on the Garden Route and is a nature lovers’ paradise!

It was here that his passion started cultivating into a career, and after completing his FGASA and Trails Guide for Dangerous Game, he had the privilege of guiding at MalaMala Game Reserve, a world renowned safari lodge in the Sabi Sands.

He is a registered cultural guide for the provinces of Kwa-Zulu Natal, Mpumalanga, Limpopo, Gauteng, and the Eastern Cape, and you will find him to be very friendly, reliable, hardworking and humorous.

“My greatest passion now is not only wildlife, but also to share my incredible country and all it has to offer with people from around the world.”
